This Jaune Lemon green tea from Dammann Frères is an original alliance of Chinese Sencha green tea with lemongrass and essential oils of lime and sweet lemon. All combined with ginger! A drink that doesn't lack character with a tangy and spicy side.
For the preparation of your tea, you can steep it in water between 80° and 90° for 3 to 4 minutes. The higher the temperature, the more astringency will be revealed during tasting. This tea can also be enjoyed cold to take advantage of the refreshing side of lemon.
