The Baristator tamper is one of the most precise on the market. It features a diameter of 57.3 mm and a dark wood handle with a stainless steel base. Its innovative shape minimizes coffee grounds loss and makes your tamping perfect.

A perfect diameter!
With an ultra-precise diameter of 57.3 mm and a flat base, this base has been designed to ensure tamping of all the coffee grounds present in your filter.
When a traditional coffee tamper doesn't get close enough to the edge of your filter (thus causing significant loss of coffee grounds), the Baristator tamper allows you to tamp the entire weighed amount of coffee grounds. And you know that when it comes to espresso, precision is a determining factor!
The Baristator tamper has been developed to fit 57 mm diameter filters, but it will not be suitable for filters designed for a cup.
A specially designed base shape
Its shape is different from classic "rectangular" tampers, and this is not for aesthetic reasons, but once again, for efficiency reasons.
Its diameter allowing to avoid any loss of coffee grounds, the question of air suction can then arise: where a classic coffee tamper (assuming a diameter as precise as the Baristator) would cause the coffee grounds to lift by suction effect, the Baristator tamper allows air to circulate progressively and thus avoids any air pressure imbalance.
The Baristator tamper is a tool developed with recognized barista champions, to perfectly meet the needs for extracting your espressos. The wooden handle is designed in a perfectly ergonomic shape to suit everyone, and its texture allows for easy grip, without slipping, ensuring a precise gesture.
The stainless steel base is heavy (257.5 g) in high-quality steel and the logo has been laser-etched with a special technique to make coffee grounds retention non-existent.
