The VST 20g Ridgeless filter is used during barista championships and in the best coffee shops because they allow pushing extraction to the pinnacle of taste.
VST creates filters high precision, the term RIDGELESS means that the filter has no ridge, which promotes overdosing of grounds and tamping without loss.
The filter can hold up to 20 grams of ground coffee, perfect for overdosing and making powerful espressos.
For manufacturing, VST uses a stamping process, a ceramic matrix (material more resistant than steel), which dramatically improves manufacturing quality, this manufacturing quality is ensured by a sheet included with each filter.
The benefits of these filters are spectacular as they allow you to develop a more persistent crema, the aromas are more exploited and your coffee will have much more body.
A new manufacturing process is used to create these filters, The VST is thicker than a classic filter.
We recommend using a 58.3mm or 58.6mm tamper to achieve perfect tamping in these filters.
