A versatile and efficient grinder
Baratza designed the Encore coffee grinder to fit perfectly in most spaces, without sacrificing power or product quality.
The 40 mm steel conical burrs are made in Europe. They enable uniform grinding.
The 40 adjustment settings offer the precise customization needed for espresso machines with pressurized filters, filter coffee makers, and French presses.
The powerful motor runs slowly for cool and relatively quiet operation.
The Baratza Encore grinder features a unique speed control, which controls the burr rotation at 550 RPM. This slow speed helps reduce heat (to avoid burning the coffee), noise, and static electricity generation.
Grinding speed: 0.8 g/sec - 1.1 g/sec
Simple to use.
This Baratza Encore grinder offers 2 different operating methods: the On/Off button and the pulse button.
With the On / Off button, simply set the button to the desired function to start or stop grinding.
The "pulse" button is located on the front: the Encore grinder will run as long as you press the button and will stop grinding when you release it.
The maintenance is very simple: the burrs are easily removable, without having to use any special tools.
The black Baratza Encore grinder comes with a hopper for 225g of coffee beans, a grounds container for 140g of ground coffee, and a cleaning brush.
