Monin Mango Fruit puree
Mango is the apple of the tropics! It is one of the most consumed fruits in tropical countries. Simply peeled, natural, in fruit salads or chutneys, mangoes are delicious. The pulp, yellow to orange in color, is juicy, sweet and has a very characteristic taste.
The Monin Mango Fruit recreates the unique flavor of fruit picked at maturity and the perfect texture of mango. Nose of ripe mango . Elegant taste, well-rounded, fruity and juicy of mango just arrived at maturity.

Monin recipe idea: Mango passion smoothie
You will need:
- 45 ml of Monin Mango Fruit Puree
- 100 ml of passion fruit juice
- 1 piece of lime
Preparation:
- Pour ingredients into a blender
- Add ice cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Serve with a straw

Sugar, concentrated mango puree, water, natural flavor, thickener: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, safflower extract. Contains the equivalent of 50.1% mango puree.
