Its strong character comes from the brand’s use of roasting in the pure Neapolitan style, which ensures a coffee low in bitterness and caffeine content.

Passalacqua, the Neapolitan whole-bean coffee
It all began with a family story, as is often the case with coffee. For 73 years, it has continued to perpetuate the Neapolitan tradition in coffee thanks to the classic Neapolitan machine from the early days. Mario Soldati, a Neapolitan writer, described the house’s coffee as "the best coffee in Italy". Its coffees are sourced from 14 countries that produce the finest arabica and robusta varieties.
