This exceptional whole bean coffee is the result of a meticulous selection of grand cru Arabicas, from three exceptional terroirs :
Ethiopia – Sidama: grown by the renowned Daye Bensa cooperative, this washed Arabica coffee adds delicate floral notes and a subtle touch of candied lemon to the blend, while providing beautiful structure to the cup.
Guatemala – Huehuetenango: worked by master roaster Renardo Vides, this high-end coffee brings a mellow sweetness and softness that beautifully balance the blend.
Panama: renowned for its exceptional geishas, this coffee stands out for its refined complexity, perfect balance and exquisite aromas, revealing all the finesse and character of the Panamanian terroir.

Grand cru whole bean coffee: an award-winning exceptional roasting
Thanks to their expertise and their passion for grand cru whole bean coffee , the master roasters have succeeded in sublimating the unique terroir of each origin. By choosing a monk's robe roast (medium), they have highlighted the aromatic richness and natural sweetness of the coffee while controlling its acidity.
This delicate roasting gives birth to a specialty coffee awarded at the 2023 Épicure Prize, whose floral attack is accompanied by the subtle freshness of yellow lemon. Expect a full body, with an almost syrupy texture, and notes of toasted almonds that enrich each sip. A perfectly balanced cup, ideal for an aromatic espresso, rich in flavors and highly accessible.
The Sakura Fizz: the cold coffee recipe by Lugat
Make a cold coffee recipe surprising with very few ingredients and the Sakura Blend whole bean coffee.
- A long coffee (60ml)
- ¼ pressed lime
- 1 to 2 cl of elderflower syrup
Step by step:
- Using a shaker filled with ice cubes, mix all the ingredients and shake vigorously for a few seconds
- Strain and pour the contents into a large glass filled with ice
- Add lemonade
- For a nice presentation, add a few slices of lime
