This exceptional whole bean coffee comes from a rigorous selection of grand cru Arabicas, from three prestigious terroirs:
- Ethiopia - Sidama: grown by the Daye Bensa cooperative, this washed Arabica coffee enriches the blend with elegant floral notes and a hint of candied lemon, while adding body to the cup
- Guatemala - Huehuetenango: crafted by Renardo Vides, this premium coffee adds a touch of indulgence and sweetness, perfectly balancing the blend.
- Panama: Panamanian whole bean coffee is renowned for producing excellent Geishas: smooth, complex, balanced, and refined.

Grand cru whole bean coffee roasted to perfection
Drawing on their expertise and passion for grand cru whole bean coffee, the roasting experts have succeeded in highlighting the terroir and richness of each coffee. They chose a monk's robe roast, also known as medium.
Through the choice of this roast, acidity is controlled and sweetness as well as aromatic richness are enhanced to give you the award-winning specialty coffee you are about to taste. This coffee offers a floral attack with the light acidity of yellow lemon. Expect a full body with a syrupy texture and notes of roasted almonds. A harmonious cup for an aromatic and accessible espresso.
A refreshing caffeinated recipe for summer: The Sakura Fizz!
To make this cold coffee recipe, here are the ingredients you will need:
- A lungo (60ml)
- ¼ pressed lime
- 1 to 2 cl of elderflower syrup
Step by step:
- Pour everything into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously for a few seconds
- Strain and pour the drink into a large glass filled with ice
- Top up with lemonade
- Add lime slices for decoration
