The Illy Iperespresso Y3.3 capsule machine was designed in collaboration with the renowned architect Piero Lissoni, world-famous for his clean, functional and elegant style. Its design blends ergonomics with streamlined lines, evoking the style of 1970s coffee machines while remaining resolutely modern.
The Y3.3 is equipped with twointuitive control buttonsallowing you to choose between a short, intense espresso or a milder, longer filter coffee. The machine heats up quickly with aheat-up timeof just one minute, ensuring fast preparation of your coffee. Thecup volumeis adjustable to your preferences, whether for an espresso or an American coffee. In addition, the water temperature can be adjusted, giving you total control over your beverage.
The Y3.3 Red is equipped with apatented Iperespresso system, ensuring a two-phase coffee extraction:hyper-infusionandemulsion. This innovative process guarantees rich, aromatic espressos with a persistent crema, worthy of traditional Italian cafés. The machine also features anautomatic ejectionsystem for used capsules: by lifting the head, the capsule is tipped into an internal receptacle that can hold several capsules before needing to be emptied.
A practical and ergonomic machine
The Y3.3 Red has a removable water tank of75 cl, easy to handle and refill. Itsadjustable cup rest gridallows you to place both espresso cups without splashing and cups for longer coffee. In addition, the machine body is entirely made ofred ABS. With a width of only 10 cm, this compact machine fits easily into any kitchen, even the narrowest.
To save energy, the machine is equipped with aPower Savefunction: if it remains on and unused for about15 minutes, the buttons automatically turn off.
The Y3.3 Red accepts only Illy Iperespresso capsules. These capsules feature apercolation chamberand a spout for precise coffee flow directly into the cup, without contact with the machine, thus ensuringoptimal hygiene.
