A capsule machine with patented system
The design of the Illy Y3.3 Iperespresso is a perfect fusion between past and present. With its clean lines and classic colors, it evokes the elegance of 1960s and 1970s coffee machines. This retro look is accentuated by distinctive details, such as chrome buttons and rounded contours. Its compact size (10 cm wide) allows it to fit easily into any space.
Beneath its vintage appearance, the Y3.3 hides cutting-edge technology with the patented system Iperespresso. This innovative system ensures perfect coffee extraction in two phases: hyper-infusion and emulsion. This process guarantees that each espresso is rich in aromas, with a velvety and persistent crema, reminiscent of traditional Italian coffees.
Illy Y3.3: advanced features
It features two programmable buttons that allow you to customize the volume of your coffee according to your preferences, whether it's a short and intense espresso or a softer and longer lungo. The water tank, a removable 0.75-liter container, is designed to be practical and easy to handle, simplifying daily use. This simplicity of use recalls classic machines, while offering the convenience of modern technologies.
The machine has an automatic ejection system for used capsules, collected in an internal container that can hold several capsules before needing to be emptied. Removable parts, such as the water tank and the drip tray, are also easy to clean.
