The Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Maverick is a blend of creativity and custom technology, aimed at achieving a perfect cup of coffee. The Black Eagle VA 388 was already a highly appreciated professional espresso machine worldwide.
With the Black Eagle Maverick, Victoria Arduino decided to give the barista even more: a little more control, but also total temperature control, of the infusion, of the steam, and even the ability to instantly switch from one coffee style to another with the function Pure Brew (filter coffee).
T3 Genius is the most advanced technology from Victoria Arduino:
Temperature control is a standard feature, but the Black Eagle Maverick is equipped with a brand-new, more compact motor, which consumes less energy.
The Black Eagle Maverick heats only the amount of water needed for extraction, to the ideal temperature, in just a few seconds. No more waiting, this machine increases productivity and serves a cup of coffee faster and of better quality.
This machine offers unmatched efficiency by using 37 % less energy compared to previous models. Victoria Arduino has improved the electronics and PID, so the machine can control all heating elements with greater speed and efficiency while maintaining a constant temperature.
The steam pressure has been doubled and the water needed for steam has been reduced by half, to produce a creamy foam that lasts longer in the cup.
The professional Black Eagle Maverick espresso machine recycles a large part of the energy used.

The new PureBrew conical double ultra-fine mesh filter can hold up to 20 grams of coffee. By combining Victoria Arduino's PureBrew technology with this brand-new patented filter basket, you can create quality filter coffee at the press of a button.
The Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Maverick was designed to make the barista's work easier. The lever Push & Pull system ensures maximum comfort. It allows steam to be activated with a simple press on the lever, effortlessly. Ideal for avoiding any unnecessary strain on the barista.
The professional Black Eagle Maverick coffee machine is equipped with a Cool Touch steam wand. In addition to safety against burn risks, this finish ensures both better and easier cleaning. No more milk buildup for better hygiene.
