Palais des Thés is a tea house founded in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas. This visionary is driven by the desire to seek out teas in their countries of origin, directly from the producers.
He defines himself as a "tea researcher." From his travels he brings back his expertise; and from his passion for tea, numerous recipes were born, including the Hammam tea created in 1998 and which is still a benchmark of Palais des Thés today. Other references are now available, ready to take you on a journey into the authentic universe of this tea house.
