The 100 % coffee belongs to the “Specialty People Blends” range. These are products for your everyday life, an answer to your growing desire to live a unique, fun experience that sets you apart from today’s specialty-coffee scene. If you feel curious, different, and eager to approach specialty coffee while still feeling at home, then this is where you’ll begin the best experience by becoming a “Specialty People.”
This coffee, part of our whole-bean range, is a blend of several Arabica coffees harvested in South America, East Africa and Central America.
It is best enjoyed as espresso: 7–10 g per dose, ground medium-fine—between flour and cornmeal.
To the eye: The crema from this extraction lives up to the reputation of Italian roasting: hazelnut in colour, persistent and elastic..
On the nose: A pleasant aroma awakens the senses—quite surprising, in fact, as it is rather fruity.
On the palate it is a lovely discovery. Particularly mild, this coffee has a smooth body and is also indulgent, with notes of cocoa and malt. Internal quality-control score: 83/100. Note obtenue après contrôle qualité interne : 83/100

Le Piantagioni Del Caffè is a family-run company that has seen four generations since its founding in 1994. The Italian firm made its mark by setting out as true pioneers to meet small-scale producers and introducing the concept of “origin” for specialty coffees.
It also stood out by aiming to make specialty coffee more accessible with a less rigid, more playful approach. Indeed, its “Specialty People Blends” range is colourful, playful and easy to grasp for both coffee lovers and newcomers. All its coffees are produced from single-origin beans and sometimes combined to create unique blends—so you get transparency and quality in the cup.
To ensure a high-quality tasting experience across its entire coffee range, the brand has implemented a protocol to analyse and score the specialty coffee obtained after roasting. Offering a coffee suitable for Specialty Coffee is the goal the brand set for itself by creating a cutting-edge dedicated software.
