ThisItalian grain coffeeis a blend of85% Arabica and 15% Robusta, making it avery balanced coffeewitha varied aromatic palette and a rich body. It should be noted that the coffee beans come from identified estates and therefore that the coffees have flawless traceability.
This coffee is enjoyedas an espresso: 7 to 10 g for a dose with a medium-fine grind between flour and cornmeal.
