Whole bean coffee LE PIANTAGIONI DEL CAFFE El Tambor
The Italian coffee El Tambor is part of the " Di Piantagioni " coffees. Coffees from exceptional plantations and roasted with the greatest care by this Italian roaster who wishes to bring out the best aromatic profile but also to value the work done by the men who grow them.
On the palate, you discover a balanced espresso between positive acidity of citrus and the sweetness of honey.
This coffee is enjoyed as espresso : 7 to 10 g per dose with a medium grind between flour and cornmeal. Quality score after internal control : 86/100
Bourbon whole bean coffee, harvested at altitude at 1860 m altitude by Victor Calderon, the fifth generation of coffee growers. Taken over in 2001, this farm is often affected by the rust phenomenon that generally affects coffee leaves. Mindful of respecting the ecosystem, it uses only environmentally friendly methods, including clay, naturally present on this former mining site, to treat its trees.

Le Piantagioni Del Caffè is a family business that has seen four generations since its creation in 1994. The Italian company has managed to make its mark by truly pioneering in meeting small producers and introducing the concept of " origin" for specialty coffees.
It has also made itself noticed by wishing to make specialty coffee more accessible with a less strict, more fun approach. Indeed, its " Specialty People Blends " range is colorful, playful and easy to understand for coffee enthusiasts as well as novices. All its coffees are produced from origin coffees and sometimes combined to create unique blends, so it's transparency, quality in the cup that you'll have.
In order to ensure a quality tasting experience with its entire coffee range, the brand has set up a protocol to analyze and score the coffee specialty obtained after roasting. Offering a coffee suitable for Specialty Coffee, such is the goal the brand set itself by creating cutting-edge dedicated software.
