The Italian coffee Coopchebi is part of the "Di Piantagioni" coffees. These coffees come from exceptional plantations and roasted with great care by this Italian roaster who wants to bring outthe best aromatic profile but also to value the work done by the people who grow them.
Discovera bio coffeewith afull body, a soft acidity and surprising notes of honey, grilled almonds and tobacco subtly introduced. A taste ofcocoa is detectable during tasting. Note obtained after internal quality control: 84.5/100.
This coffee is enjoyedin espresso: 7 to 10 g for a dose with a medium-fine grind between flour and cornmeal.
The coffee comes from acooperative farm in Alto Palomar where 120 growers workin the heart of the Amazon. The place is still wild, surrounded by wildlife and lush flora, the perfect place for growing coffee under shade.
