Caffe Mauro is launching a new environmentally friendly coffee, based on the principle of agroforestry. It addresses a common issue, that of consuming coffee more responsibly.
This forest coffee comes from the Peruvian Andean region, located at high altitude, where only arabica is grown. Respect Perù is also from organic farming and therefore completely free of any chemicals. It was grown in the wild forest, hence its name forest coffee, and promotes peasant agriculture and respect for the natural environment.
Upon extraction of your coffee, you have the pleasure of experiencing a multitude of intoxicating aromas. Its generous hazelnut-colored crema will give you a foretaste of what awaits you taste-wise.
Then comes the tasting during which you will appreciate the work of Italian roasting carried out by the Caffè Mauro brand. Balanced and varied notes perfectly qualify this coffee, which oscillates between floral, fruity and gourmand sides.
Caffe Mauro is a major player in the coffee universe, notably thanks to its expertise since 1949. Demetrio Mauro, founder, decided to open a roastery in a warehouse near the port of Reggio Calabria. Today, Caffe Mauro perpetuates this know-how with a more international dimension and the will to satisfy its customers. The company Caffè Mauro was founded in 1949 by Demetrio Mauro in the South of Italy. Caffé Mauro is above all an artisanal roastery always in search of an incomparable cup.
Since its creation, the company has set itself one goal: customer satisfaction. To achieve its goal, Caffè Mauro performs quality control throughout coffee production: from the selection of green coffee beans to the end of roasting.
