Caffè Mauro is launching a new environmentally respectful coffee and mindful of the well-being of the people who produce it and those who drink it.
This forest-grown coffee comes from the Peruvian Andean region, located at high altitude, where only arabica is cultivated. Respect Perù is therefore 100% arabica, from organic farming and, as mentioned earlier, environmentally friendly. It ranks among the premium coffees.
When you pull your espresso, you’ll enjoy a multitude of heady aromas. Its generous hazelnut-colored crema will give you a preview of what’s to come.
Then comes the tasting, during which you’ll appreciate the Italian roasting craft carried out by the Caffè Mauro brand. Balanced, varied notes perfectly describe this coffee, which oscillates between floral, fruity and gourmand sides.
Caffè Mauro is a major player in the coffee world, thanks in particular to its expertise since 1949. Founder Demetrio Mauro decided to open a roastery in a warehouse just steps from the port of Reggio Calabria. Today, Caffè Mauro perpetuates this know-how on a more international scale with the desire to satisfy its customers. The company Caffè Mauro was founded in 1949 by Demetrio Mauro in southern Italy. Caffè Mauro is above all an artisan roastery always in search of an incomparable cup.
