This Arabica and Robusta blend delivers in the cup a perfect Italian coffee. This balanced blend will please lovers of full-bodied coffee with a thick crema.
We recommend this coffee in 5 x 1 kg format to professionals who want to serve good coffee in the break room or to their customers! HORECA, restaurateurs and coffee shops... Treat your customers!
- In the cup: observe the density of the foam which hints at the aromatic generosity of the coffee. Its brown color gives a glimpse of the roast that the roaster Zicaffè chose.
- When tasting: the coffee has a bold attack but also a varied aromatic palette ranging from floral to spicy notes. As you continue to explore, the lingering finish lets us discover subtle dark-chocolate notes with great finesse.
Tips: On a Delonghi automatic grinder, for a ¾ French-style cup, set to 4/5 with a 60 ml water volume.
