Program two doses with your Sage espresso machine
The Sage Barista Pro espresso machine is considered a semi-automatic. This means that apart from handling the portafilter step by step, the machine takes care of everything.
The integrated grinder with a 250 g hopper is easily adjustable and will dispense the desired amount of grind up to 22 grams neatly into the filter, thanks to clean distribution when the portafilter is in place.
Once the coffee is ground, you can tamp your grind with the provided tamper.
The coffee part is not lacking in terms of settings, it is possible to take control of the temperature as well as the infusion of your coffee in duration.
The machine will then your extraction as you have programmed it, all that remains is to taste.
Sage coffee machine: many features
The Sage Barista Pro is equipped with a digital screen that allows you to easily choose the settings of the machine to make the drink you want to prepare.
But that's not its only advantage. Benefiting from a fast and reliable heating system, the thermojet, this machine ensures success in your espresso, especially with a 54 mm stainless steel portafilter and such efficient pressurized filters. The advantage of pressurized filters is that they can extract a good coffee, even if you haven't mastered the grind. They can also help you out when you want to serve decaf to your guests, with pre-ground coffee. The two single filters also provided will give you the opportunity to evolve, in order to learn how to extract an espresso according to the rules of the art.
In addition, the Barista Pro has a tamper that magnetically attaches to the side of the machine, which saves space on your worktop and keeps it within reach at all times. And we know that details are important in the success of an espresso.

The powerful steam wand of the Sage espresso machine
The coffee machine Barista Pro from Sageallows you to program two doses, but also to dispense hot water freely.
In addition to its250-gram grinder, ontimer and adjustable for a homogeneous and adapted grind, it is equipped with conical steel burrs, easily replaceable!
The machine also has apowerful stainless steel steam wand. Thanks to thePID that manages the temperature and the OPV which ensures constant pressure, the preparation of the beverage isalways perfect.

Accessories: Stainless steel milk jug, cleaning disc, cleaning tablets, tamper, single-cup pressurized filter, double-cup pressurized filter, single-cup non-pressurized filter, double-cup non-pressurized filter, filter cartridge with holder, cleaning brush, precision dosing tool "The Razor", steam wand cleaning tool.
Maintenance:To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better results in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water).
