What characterizes the Sage Barista Pro espresso machine (brushed stainless steel)
Two programmable doses, for espressos to your taste.
The Sage Barista Pro espresso machine is considered semi-automatic. This means that apart from handling the portafilter step by step, the machine takes care of everything.
The integrated grinder with a 250g hopper is easily adjustable and will distribute the desired grind quantity up to 22 grams cleanly into the filter, thanks to clean distribution when the portafilter is in place.
Once the coffee is ground, you can tamp your grind with the included tamper.
The coffee side is no slouch when it comes to settings, it is possible to take control of the temperature as well as thepre-infusion of your coffee in duration.
The machine will then perform your extraction as you programmed it, all that's left is to enjoy.
Magnetic tamper included, fast heating, 54 mm portafilter
The Sage Barista Pro is equipped with a digital display that allows you to easily choose the machine settings to make the beverage you wish to prepare.
But that's not its only advantage. With a fast and reliable heating system, the thermojet, this machine ensures success in your espresso, especially with a 54mm stainless steel portafilter and such efficient pressurized filters. The advantage of pressurized filters is being able to extract good coffee, even if you haven't mastered the grind. They can also help you out when you want to serve decaffeinated coffee to your guests, with pre-ground coffee. The two single-wall filters also included will give you the opportunity to evolve, in order to learn how to extract an espresso according to the rules of the art.
Furthermore, the Barista Pro features the tamper that magnetically attaches on the side of the machine, which allows you to save space on your work surface and have it within reach at all times. And we know that details are important in the success of an espresso.

Enjoy a steam wand worthy of the best
The Sage Barista Pro coffee machine allows you to program two doses, but also to dispense hot water freely.
In addition to its 250 gram grinder, on timer and adjustable for a homogeneous and adapted grind, it is equipped with steel conical burrs, easily replaceable!
The machine also has a powerful stainless steel steam wand. Thanks to the PID that manages the temperature and the OPV which ensures constant pressure, the preparation of the drink is always perfect.

Accessories : Stainless steel milk pitcher, cleaning disc, cleaning tablets, tamper, pressurized filter single cup, pressurized filter two cups, single non-pressurized filter, two cup non-pressurized filter, filter cartridge with holder, cleaning brush, precision dosing tool "The Razor", steam wand cleaning tool.
Maintenance: To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for a better result in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water).
