In a rich hot chocolate, a coffee-based drink, or even a cocktail, you'll enjoy its aroma and sweet coconut flavor—completely sugar-free—for your greatest pleasure!
The syrups from Maison Routin are premium syrups recognized for their accuracy, purity, and aromatic intensity. They are very often found among professionals, but are also highly sought after by individuals.
You're not immune to breaking a syrup bottle. Thanks to plastic PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, avoid any risk of breakage. PET plastic is 100% recyclable.
Here’s a comforting and indulgent recipe idea you can make with this syrup, Coco Latte:
You will need:
- 20 ml of 1883 Routin Sugar-Free Coconut Syrup
- 30 ml of espresso
- 120 ml of milk foam
Preparation:
- Pull the espresso into a glass
- Pour the syrup and cold whole milk into a milk pitcher, then steam the mixture with a steam wand
- Pour over the espresso
- Garnish with cocoa powder and shredded coconut
- Enjoy!
