After several years of in-depth research, micro-roaster Ditta Artigianale presents the One - Espresso Process Blend.
This is a blend of single-origin whole bean coffees from Honduras, all arabicas. Grown in the Marcala region at 1550 meters altitude, these coffees share their origin and botanical variety: Catuai.
The expert roasters at Ditta Artigianale roast this coffee in Italy using their traditional expertise.
These coffees create in the cup a unique and aromatic blend : let yourself be surprised by its light acidity and its subtly fruity attack, softened by a well-present sweetness. This coffee has a balanced body and persistent chocolate notes.
