The Jump whole-bean coffee is a refined blend, sourced from three small specialty-coffee farms located in Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil. Ditta Artigianale, Italian roaster, has poured all its know-how into roasting this blend, in order to bring out its finest qualities.
This blend is the perfect marriage between Italian roasting expertise and the passionate work of international producers. The coffees that compose it earned the following scores: Brazil 83 pts, Colombia 85 pts and Ethiopia 86 pts, guaranteeing exceptional quality.
Ditta Artigianale was born in 2013 from the initiative of Francesco Sanapo, a champion barista and taster with an exceptional record, crowned three-time Italian coffee champion and ranked 6th at the World Coffee Championship.
Francesco’s goal was clear: to create a company dedicated to Italy, offering specialty coffees that are transparent at every stage of production, while following a sustainable approach. That is how Ditta Artigianale came to life, a roastery located in Florence, a true playground for a team of passionate experts.
The quality of the work carried out in Florence was recognized by the awarding of Q-grader certification. A title granted by the Coffee Quality Institute and the Specialty Coffee Association, attesting to the team’s expertise in evaluating specialty coffees.
As a result of this quality commitment, Ditta Artigianale won the 2019 titles of best Italian coffee roaster and best Italian coffee taster. The brand’s coffees also shone at various Lithuanian and world championships. This success is undoubtedly a reflection of its work with coffees that stand out for their exceptional flavors, but also for impeccable ethics.
