How to prepare your infusion with this tea flower bouquet?
The tea flowers are a new way to prepare a delicious drink. Unlike a classic infusion in individual bags or loose leaf, the tasting begins with a visual experience.
This box includes two plant bouquets to steep in simmering water. One bouquet allows you to make between 50 cl and 1 L of infusion at a time, as you prefer. Once the bouquet is in the water, you can leave it there for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the intensity of flavor you want to give your infusion. During this time, we recommend admiring the blooming of the flowers which then regain their shapes and colors to release all their flavors.
This bouquet is composed of the following ingredients: sage leaf (Salvia officinalis), oregano flower (Origanum vulgare), mountain Greek tea flower (Sideritis scardica), peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita).
