Here’s a new way to enjoy infusions. The organic infusion brand Horae has created flower bouquets to infuse. Likeblooming teas, these bouquets come back to life and regain their original colors and shapes, while releasing their flavors and fragrances into your teapot water.
Here’s how to prepare your infusion with these wild flower bouquets:
- Heat 50 cl to 1 L of water (the amount of water depends on the strength you want for your infusion).
- Immerse your bouquet in the water for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Watch theflower bouquet bloom.
- Enjoy your infusion.
This bouquet is made from the following ingredients:lavender flower (Lavandula officinalis), lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), heather flower (Calluna vulgaris), hawthorn flower (Crataegus laevigata/monogyna), cowslip flower (Primula veris).
