Maintenanceof your espresso grinder is very important! It's this maintenance that will have a direct impact on thelongevityof your machine and theresultin the cup. The more you take care of it, the longer it will last.
YourX4 machine from Jura is compatible with theClaris Smart Maxi cartridge, essential forpurifying waterandremoving impurities. It is recommended to replace it every two months. A maintenance program will alert you when this replacement is necessary. Note, if you make many drinks, you'll need to change it before 2 months.
It is also important todescaleyour machine regularly. Limescale can not only clog the internal circuit, but alsoaffect the qualityof your coffee. Here too, your maintenance program will alert you.
