Perfect espresso with ease with the Bambino Stainless Steel
The Bambino from Sage revolutionizes espresso preparation with its Thermojet system that heats water in a closed circuit in just 3 seconds.For perfect extraction,it is recommended to preheat the machine,equipped with a stainless steel group head,for about 2 minutes.
The Sage Bambino uses precise PID technology to maintain water at the right temperature for perfect extraction. Low-pressure pre-infusion evenly hydrates the coffee,followed by 9-bar extraction for complete aroma extraction. This combination guarantees you exceptional coffee,rich in aromas and perfectly balanced.
The Bambino,with its stainless steel group head and pressurized filters,reveals all the potential of your 18g of coffee.If you have an espresso grinder, you can also use the single filters provided (1 and 2 cups). The stainless steel steam wand of the Thermojet produces steam at 93°C under high pressure. You will get a perfect microfoamfor your favorite drinks (latte, cappuccino...).
Baratza Encore ESP black coffee grinder for espresso
The40 mm conical steel burrs of M2 typeare made in Europe. They allow for uniform grinding.The Baratza Encore ESP grinder comes with a 300 g hopper,a 120 g grounds bin and a cleaning brush.
With its two adjustment ranges (1-20 and 21-40),this machine adapts to all particle sizes,from fine grind for espresso to coarse grind for filter.
The slow 550 rpm rotation of the Encore ESP burrs reduces heat,noise and static electricity,thus preserving the freshness of aromas.
The included anti-static dosing cups (54 and 58 mm) minimize coffee loss when transferring to the portafilter.
Grinding speed: 1.5 g/sec - 2.4 g/sec

Accessories supplied with the Baratza Encore ESP black coffee grinder:54 mm anti-static dosing cup, 58 mm adapter, small tray, hopper for 300 g of coffee beans, 120 g ground coffee container and a maintenance brush.
Maintenance:To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better results in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water). Don't forget to descale your appliance following the brand's instructions (see manual) and clean the accessories regularly. Find all Sage maintenance products.
