The Bambino Stainless: Your personal barista at hand
The Bambino's Thermojet system provides instant heating in 3 seconds, ensuring optimal extraction temperature. Thanks to its stainless steel group head, the machine ensures stable and uniform temperature after about 2 minutes of preheating.
Equipped with a built-in PID, the Bambino guarantees precise regulation of water temperature, essential for optimal extraction. The extraction system of this machine, combining low-pressure pre-infusion and 9-bar extraction, allows optimal extraction of coffee's aromatic compounds. Thanks to this method, each cup reveals the complexity and finesse of your coffee.
The Bambino features a stainless steel group head, a 54 mm portafilter and pressurized filters, allowing precise extraction of 18g of coffee. If you have an espresso grinder, you can also use the single filters provided (1 and 2 cups). The Thermojet propels powerful steam at 93°C through the stainless steel wand, ideal for your favorite drinks (latte, cappuccino...).
Baratza Encore ESP white coffee grinder for espresso
The Encore ESP coffee grinder is the grinder suited for espresso grinding. The 40 mm conical burrs in steel of M2 type are manufactured in Europe. The grinder comes with a 300 g hopper, a 120 g grounds bin and a cleaning brush for easy maintenance.
The dual adjustment system of this machine allows micro-adjustments from 1 to 20 for espresso and macro-adjustments from 21 to 40 for milder methods, offering an extremely wide adjustment range.
The unique speed control of the Encore ESP, set at 550 rpm, optimizes extraction by minimizing heat production and static electricity.
The Baratza Encore ESP is equipped with 54 and 58 mm anti-static dosing cups for precise transfer of ground coffee to the portafilter.
Grinding speed : 1.5 g/sec - 2.4 g/sec
Accessories and maintenance
Accessories supplied with the Sage The Bambino espresso machine (stainless steel) : Stainless steel milk jug, tamper, pressurized single cup filter, pressurized double cup filter, single cup filter, double cup filter, dual spout aluminum portafilter, filter cartridge with holder, steam wand and filter cleaning tool, descaling powder.
Accessories supplied with the Baratza Encore ESP white coffee grinder : 54 mm anti-static dosing cup, 58 mm adapter, small tray, 300 g coffee bean hopper, 120 g ground coffee receptacle and a maintenance brush.
Maintenance :To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better results in your cup, it is recommended to use a water filter cartridge (or already filtered water). Don't forget to descale your appliance following the brand's advice (see manual) and clean the accessories regularly. Find all Sage maintenance products.
