Jaen Decaf Organic: a water-decaffeinated and flavorful coffee
A specialty decaf that underwent water decaffeination, allowing those most resistant to caffeine or subject to restrictions to enjoy their coffee without worry.
In the cup, this coffee offers a beautiful balance, with soft notes of chocolate, almond and coconut. The finish is long, round and indulgent. Finally a "clean" and aromatic decaf, worthy of the best specialty coffees.

A Peru coffee
This specialty coffee comes from the Cajamarca region, in northern Peru. Made from the red Bourbon and red Caturra varieties, it is processed using washed fermentation that reveals all its aromatic finesse.
Decaffeinated with water using the Swiss Water method, it preserves taste integrity without using chemical solvents.
This process, the most respectful of aromas, is also the most sustainable : the decaffeination waters are filtered and then reinjected into the city network, thus limiting its environmental impact.
