Stagg EKG Pro kettle: an appliance that will stand the test of time
There are objects that catch the eye and others that naturally become part of your rituals. This kettle belongs to the second category. Behind its clean lines and striking contrast between the deep matte of the steel body and the natural warmth of the wood, this 0.9 L kettle redefines the pleasure of manual brewing.
But this beauty is more than skin-deep. Its high-resolution color screen opens the door to an intuitive interface, where every feature is at your fingertips. The gooseneck spout is ultra-precise, delivering a steady, consistent flow of water perfectly suited to slow extraction methods like the V60, the Chemex or the Aeropress. The counterbalanced handle, made from natural maple, fits gently and securely in your palm.
And because a good tool should never grow old, the Stagg EKG Pro is equipped with Wi-Fi. Thanks to the EKG Updater app, it receives firmware updates from its firmware directly at home. This way you benefit from the latest technical optimizations without ever having to replace the appliance (note: the app does not yet allow remote control of the kettle, but it ensures its continuous evolution).

Thanks to the "schedule" function, you set the time when your water reaches the perfect temperature, no monitoring, no compromise. A valuable feature for mornings when every minute counts.
Need guidance? The "guide" mode offers pre-defined temperatures according to the type of tea or coffee, so you never get your settings wrong. And for precision down to the second, the built-in brewing timer helps you respect every second of the pour or extraction. It also lets you choose: enable or disable the chime, adjust the volume, switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, select the clock display (analog or digital), or even change the interface language (French, English, or Spanish).
Fellow has left nothing to chance: thanks to the "altitude" setting, the kettle adjusts boiling according to your location, preventing any overflow, even in the mountains. Its adjustable hold mode keeps water hot for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
Finally, a "pre-boil" function brings the water to 100°C to sanitize it before it cools to your exact desired temperature.
