With its minimalist silhouette, smoked green color and solid maple handle, the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro is a piece designed to elevate the pour-over coffee ritual. Every detail is crafted to offer slow-coffee enthusiasts an experience that is intuitive, aesthetic and sensory.
The swan-neck spoutemblematic of Fellow allows a slow and perfectly controlled pour, essential for even and consistent extraction. Its counterbalanced handle ensures a stable and comfortable grip, facilitating a fluid motion from start to finish. As for its high-resolution color screen, it greets you with a clear interface, revealing all the possibilities offered by this Pro version.
It embodies a new generation of connected tools dedicated to the art of manual brewing. Thanks to its LCD screen that greets you with a clear interface, and its navigation dial, you adjust the temperature to the exact degree, between 40°C and 100°C, for precision that adapts to every origin, every method, every recipe.
A kettle with multiple modes to discover
This pretty kettle is designed to give you more freedom without ever compromising precision. Thanks to scheduling, you can set the exact time at which it will heat your water to the desired temperature. It stands watch while you sleep, and activates whenever you need it.
For those who hesitate, the "Guide" mode offers predefined temperatures according to your brewing method: green tea, infusion, V60, Chemex… Let yourself be guided, it adapts. And to ensure consistency in your pouring, the built-in brew timer helps you precisely respect extraction times.
Even more, the Stagg EKG Pro thinks of everything: it adjusts boiling based on your environment with the "Altitude" function, allowing you to avoid overflows. Its adjustable hold mode keeps water hot for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, according to your preferences. Need silence or an alert? The chime is enableable or disableable, and you can adjust its volume.
In terms of customization, you choose between Celsius or Fahrenheit, as well as the language of the interface: English, French or Spanish. The clock display can be in analog or digital mode, according to your style. A "pre-boil" function disinfects your water by bringing it to a boil before dropping to the exact requested temperature.
