Users can adjust coffee strength, volume and temperature (3 levels). Its steel grinder with 5 grind settings ensures the perfect grind for every cup. The OLED touchscreen interface makes navigation smooth and intuitive. It can also prepare two cups simultaneously.
The One-Touch Cappuccino function lets you prepare milk drinks easily by simply connecting a tube to a carton of milk or plant-based drink. Mug To Go mode is also available to take your favorite beverages with you.

Its Cold Brew Aroma system starts with a hot pre-infusion to fully extract the aromas, followed by a gentle cold extraction, ideal for iced drinks. Its pump delivers a pressure of 15 bars, perfectly calibrated to reveal all the richness of your beans.
The Thermoblock system ensures rapid heat-up and optimal thermal stability, cup after cup. The 5 grind levels allow you to adjust the fineness according to the origin or profile of the coffee, for a tailored extraction.
How to maintain the Krups Evidence Hot & Cold EA898DF1 coffee machine
Good maintenance is essential to preserve your machine's performance in the long term. It ensures consistent extraction quality, prevents limescale and residue buildup, and guarantees impeccable hygiene, especially in the water circuits and milk system. The Krups Evidence Hot & Cold simplifies this task with its many automatic programs.
- Descaling : automatic with built-in alert, to be performed as soon as the alert appears. Use a suitable descaling tablet every 2 to 3 months.
- Filter cartridge : compatible with F08801 cartridges, to be replaced every 2 months to limit limescale.
- Cleaning : automatic program for coffee and milk spouts, to be activated after each milk use. The milk system is washable with a dedicated cycle.
- The extraction chamber is not removable, but a complete cleaning cycle (3 times/year) is provided, with a simple tablet.
- Bean hopper, water tank and drip tray are easily accessible for regular maintenance.
