Designed for demanding players in the coffee supply chain, the Rocket Espresso Bicocca embodies the convergence between technological innovation and high-level industrial design. This exceptional model, the result of in-depth development by the Rocket Espresso teams, meets the highest standards of specialty coffee professions.
The distinctive design, signed by Valerio Cometti (V12 Design studio in Milan), brings a strong visual signature, ideal for enhancing a counter or premium coffee space. The stainless steel structure houses an unprecedented cylindrical extraction group, designed to ensure thermal precision and perfectly controlled extraction.
The Bicocca is equipped with a double stainless steel boiler, a silent rotary pump and a hybrid feed system : integrated reservoir or direct mains connection. Its ergonomic steam wand and high-response hot water tap ensure efficient, smooth and consistent production in a professional.
The next-generation HMI touchscreen interface allows intuitive and complete management of parameters, thanks to a clear display and simplified controls adapted to the needs of the most seasoned baristas.

The Rocket Espresso Bicocca Black features an ergonomic touchscreen designed for intensive use in a professional environment. The interface, based on intuitive pictograms, provides quick and visual access to all settings without text overload.
The available features offer complete customization of the extraction profile:
- 4 volumetric doses, manual extraction (Start & Stop), quick rinse function (Touch Flush)
- Independent adjustment of pre-infusion and blooming for each dose
- Precise temperature setting for coffee and steam boilers
- Automatic brew group cleaning program
- Modular architecture facilitating maintenance interventions
- Eco and Calendar modes for weekly power-on scheduling
- Adjustable pressure profile, shot timer, PID regulation, and more
An integrated sensor monitors the water level, ensuring safety and continuity of service. The Bicocca model combines black and chrome finishes for an elegant and professional look, meeting Rocket Espresso standards.
Maintenance & backflush: maintaining Rocket Bicocca performance
The Rocket Espresso Bicocca was designed to simplify maintenance operations in professional or semi-professional environments. It includes a backflush program (deep cleaning of the group) compatible with the supplied blind filter, used with a specific detergent for extraction groups.
For installations connected to municipal water, the use of a water treatment system (filtration + softener) is strongly recommended, in accordance with professional best practices. This device not only ensures the longevity of the machine but also guarantees the taste stability of the espresso. The absence of proper filtration can lead to limescale deposits, malfunctions, and voiding of the manufacturer's warranty.
The accessory kit included with the Bicocca comprises:
