A versatile and efficient grinder
Baratza designed the Encore coffee grinder to fit perfectly into most spaces without sacrificing power or product quality.
The 40 mm conical steel burrs are made in Europe. They ensure uniform grinding.
The 40 adjustment steps provide the precise customization needed for espresso machines with pressurized filters, drip coffee makers, and French presses.
The powerful motor runs slowly for cool and relatively quiet operation.
The Baratza Encore grinder is equipped with a unique speed control, which keeps the burrs rotating at 550 rpm. This slow speed helps reduce heat (to avoid burning the coffee), noise, and static electricity buildup.
Grinding speed : 0.8 g/sec - 1.1 g/sec
Simple to use.
This Baratza Encore grinder offers 2 different operating methods: the On/Off switch and the pulse button.
With the On / Off switch, simply set the switch to the chosen function to start or stop grinding.
The "pulse" button is located on the front: the Encore grinder will run as long as you press the button and will stop grinding when you release it.
Maintenance is very simple : the burrs remove easily without needing any special tools.
The white Baratza Encore grinder comes with a hopper for 225g of whole beans, a grounds bin for 140g of ground coffee, and a cleaning brush.
