This blend brings togethertwo organic 100% arabica coffees. The combination of the rich and complex terroirof Honduras with the smoothnessof Brazil givesa harmonious blend, both balanced and slightly sweet on the palate.
The beans used in this coffee arehand-picked, coming from two cooperatives:the Santos farm and the Finca Liquidambar. The latter isa true pioneer of organic agriculture in Honduras, benefiting from afavorable climate. Its ecological commitment is reflected in daily practices such asusing waste as fertilizers and composting coffee pulp.
