The touch interface makes navigation easy, while the backlit buttons ensure a smooth experience even in dim lighting. There are also four user profiles, a “memo” function to save favorite recipes, and an adjustable espresso tray for cups ranging from 70 to 155 mm in height.

How to maintain the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige Over-Ice coffee machine?
Regular maintenance is essential to preserve the performance, hygiene, and longevity of your machine. Here are the essential steps:
- Descaling: use only the Gaggia descaling solution every 2 to 3 months or according to the indicator, via the automatic program
- Water filter: Intenza+ filter recommended, to be replaced approximately every 2 months, depending on usage
- Brew group: removable, rinse regularly under clear water
- Milk carafe: automatic cleaning after use, with manual washing recommended periodically
- Other maintenance: Water tank, bean hopper, drip tray: empty and clean frequently
