Magenta espresso grinder: traditional and contemporary lines
This bean-to-cup coffee machine features a look that combines both a traditional appearance and a modern cut, largely inspired by the vibrant Milan district of Magenta. This Gaggia bean coffee maker was designed and produced in Italy, you’ll find all the know-how of the Italian brand both in the quality of the materials and in its controlled coffee extraction.
It has containers suited to its size:
- Water tank: 1.8 L a width designed for easy cleaning
- Bean hopper: 250 g with a wide opening for easy filling
- Puck container: 15 pucks
Gaggia Magenta Plus espresso grinder: a comfortable interface
This integrated-grinder Gaggia coffee machine offers real ease of use thanks to its large TFT screen and capacitive keys (button without pressure, similar to touch). With this interface you can easily set all your drinks according to your preferences, step by step.
Thecoffee intensity is adjustable over 5 levels, the cup volume is also customizable and you will also have the choice between 3 different temperature levels. Its ceramic grinder is itself adjustable over 5 levels (finer grind for a more intense extraction).
Its stainless-steel cup rest can be raised to fit the height of your glasses. You can thus place the cup rest at the highest position for your espresso cups so as not to break the crema.
Gaggia bean-to-cup coffee machine: taste expertise
This Gaggia Magenta Milk espresso grinder lets you vary the pleasures among a menu of 5 different drinks. For coffee drinks, you can choose between: espresso, lungo, coffee and Americano. This Gaggia bean coffee machine also has a ground-coffee chute, handy if you want a decaf occasionally.
You can also prepare milk-based drinks thanks to its professional stainless-steel steam wand. Play barista at home by making excellent milk foams. Its rotating wand lets you position any type of pitcher under the steam outlet.
Suitable for the whole family, you can also select the hot water function for tea lovers.
Gaggia Magenta Plus espresso grinder: simple maintenance
This Gaggia bean-to-cup coffee machine is as easy to use as it is to maintain. Its large color screen lets you navigate easily through its menu to access the various maintenance routines.
Its brew group is removable, I recommend removing it once a week, rinsing it under lukewarm water to remove coffee oils and pucks. Once dry, you can put it back in the coffee machine.
Don't forget to place a filter cartridge in the water tank and change it regularly depending on the hardness of your water and your usage (approximately every 2 months). Descaling will be automatically requested by your Gaggia bean-to-cup espresso machine.
Finally, you can keep milk in the carafe in the refrigerator and clean it in the dishwasher.

I was delighted to test this new range of Gaggia bean-to-cup coffee machines. I was mainly won over by the quality of its coffee extraction, a beautiful crema and maximum aromas in the cup. The combination of the ceramic grinder, the perfectly designed extraction group and the pre-infusion allows each tasting note of the coffee used to be revealed.
