The X64 SD from Mahlkönig is a concentration of technology designed to offer ultra-precise grinding adapted to all extraction methods. Its continuous micrometric adjustment allows for fluid adjustment of the grind, from espresso to cold brew. The intuitive adjustment wheel offers a scale from 0 to 12, providing advanced personalization according to your tastes. Its single-dose design limits retention to zero, ensuring freshness and consistency. The lid includes a practical grinding guide.
It operates at approximately 1950 revolutions/min, with an average grinding flow of between 2.5 to 6 g/s depending on the adjustment. Silent (<65 dB), it is compact and lightweight (≈4.8 kg), making it compatible with restricted spaces.
The single-dose operation, combined with the pneumatic purging system, ensures that no grains remain in the circuit.
