1. Pour water into the base without exceeding the safety valve level. For better results without altering the aromas, you can pour already hot (or boiling) water.
2. Add ground coffee to the funnel (grind rather fine between filter and espresso if you have a grinder) up to the top and level without tamping.
3. Place the funnel on top of the base
4. Screw the upper part onto the base. Make sure everything is tightly closed. Leave the bottom lid open and turn on the hotplate while placing the Italian coffee maker on it.
5. The water will boil and pass through the funnel to go through the coffee and come out into the upper part gradually. When the coffee has finished flowing, remove the Italian coffee maker from the hotplate and close the lid.
6. Pour your coffee into a cup or glass. All you have to do now is enjoy it. :)
