Composé d’Arabicas d’Éthiopie et du Guatemala, ce blend certifié biologique et équitable (label Max Havelaar) séduit par la richesse de sa tasse et la subtilité de ses arômes.
Un profil aromatique structuré et expressif
En extraction expresso, l’arabica éthiopien apporte des notes fruitées et florales, tandis que l’origine guatémaltèque confère du corps et de la consistance. L’acidité vive renforce la personnalité du café et offre une finale énergique, très appréciée des amateurs de crus intenses.
Des origines sélectionnées avec soin
- Arabica du Guatemala : cultivé par la coopérative Apodip, près de la Réserve de Biosphère Sierra de Las Minas. Plus de 500 producteurs y exploitent un terroir propice à un café de grande qualité.
- Arabica d’Éthiopie : récolté au sein de la coopérative OCFCU, qui regroupe de nombreux petits producteurs. Son profil floral marqué et son acidité distinctive apportent profondeur et complexité à l’assemblage.
