With the MY85, the Mythos espresso grinder has been improved, with greater precision and control over grinding, allowing all baristas, roasters and other professionals to reach a new level of perfection.
The Victoria Arduino Mythos MY85 coffee grinder features a new more intuitive glass touchscreen for the barista. It is now simpler to modify settings, read all necessary information and keep control of the grinder. This new interface ensures a smoother service.
The patented grinder motor offers three benefits: constant speed from the start of grinding, energy savings and reduced grinding temperature.
Victoria Arduino also improved the Clump Crusher system (which eliminates clumps and static electricity effects) and the grind exit spout, to ensure perfect flow of ground coffee into the filter.
The new portafilter fork was designed to minimize coffee waste.
Victoria Arduino also reduced the number of screws to access the heart of the grinder more easily.
The Mythos MY85 meets the needs of coffee professionals: maximum consistency, zero waste and easy maintenance.
The innovative temperature management technology Clima Pro offers advanced temperature stability. In addition to maintaining a constant temperature in the grinder, the Clima Pro system goes even further by lowering the temperature, to make your work even more efficient. No risk of overheating, the ventilation system starts automatically. The barista can set grinding temperatures from 30 to 60°C to extract the best from each type of coffee. Better control for better results in the cup.
The Mythos MY85 is equipped with two rear fans, allowing ideal air circulation inside the grinding chamber.
The Mythos MY85 grinder was developed with 85 mm titanium burrs: faster speed for improved hourly productivity, without compromising coffee quality.
This professional grinder offers micrometric adjustment of the grind at continuous intervals, ensuring extreme precision of the desired grind degree.
The black Mythos MY85 has a performance of 4 g to 4.5 g per second (depending on the type of coffee bean used and the grind fineness). It's a grinder designed for establishments with high daily throughput.
The propeller positioned upstream of the grinding stones ensures constant pressure of the coffee in the grinding chamber, in order to guarantee maximum consistency.
