Palais des Thés is a tea house founded in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas. This visionary is driven by the desire to source teas in their countries of origin, directly from producers.
He defines himself as a "tea researcher". From his travels he brings back his expertise; and from his passion for tea, many recipes were born, including the Hammam tea created in 1998 which is still a reference for Palais des Thés today. Other references are now available, ready to take you on a journey through the authentic universe of this tea house.
