The Nivona Café Romantica espresso machine offers a sleek, modern design with a matte white front panel and a few stainless-steel accents.This bean-to-cup coffee machine is equipped with acolour TFT screenthat guides you through every step. Two buttons: a rotary selector and one to open/close the steam wand. This Nivona coffee machine is fairly compact and won’t take up too much counter space.

Every drink benefits from theAromatica pre-infusion system, highly effective at developing maximum aroma from your coffee beans.
You canadjust on 3 levelsthe following parameters:

Cup volume is adjustable from20 to 240 ml.
Coffee drinks can be dispensed as a double serving, perfect for a couple.
Nivona NICR 560 automatic coffee machine: simplified maintenance
This Nivona Café Romantica bean-to-cup espresso machine has aremovable brewing unit, so you canclean it about once a weekby rinsing it under lukewarm water. This removes coffee deposits and oils, keeps your machine in good condition and ensures great-tasting coffee.
We recommend using a filter cartridge to reduce limescale and extend the time between descaling cycles.
This Nivona coffee machine alerts you to every required action (filter change, rinse, steam wand) and featuresautomatic programmesfor cleaning, rinsing and descaling.

Expert opinion
I find this Nivona bean-to-cup coffee machine perfectly suited for a single person or couple who want toenjoy an excellent espresso.
Indeed, although there are only 3 settings for intensity and grind fineness, this is not at all bothersome given the excellent in-cup result that I truly enjoyed. Enjoy a very aromatic coffee thanks to Nivona's Aromatica pre-infusion system, with a well-developed crema.
The little extra? The passive cup warmer is really very effective compared to what I usually test! You can place your cups there to avoid thermal shock and achieve a perfectly brewed coffee down to the finest details.
Finally, the ground coffee chute and the cappuccinator system perfectly complement this bean-to-cup machine if you occasionally want to make a decaf or a milk-based drink. If you're a regular cappuccino drinker, I'd rather recommend a One Touch model.
