This Jura J8 Midnight Silver bean-to-cup machine is operated effortlessly via its 4.3" touchscreen. Navigate the menu and view the available drinks, which can be customized very simply! Jura makes your life easier with aninnovative technology: the Coffee Eye. This feature allows the bean-to-cup espresso machine to detect under which spout the glass is placed. Thus, depending on the spout (coffee or milk), the possible drinks will be displayed directly on the screen. Impossible to make a mistake.
To customize the various drinks to your taste, you can adjust the following characteristics:
- Coffee intensity over 10 levels from 5 to 16 g of coffee
- Brewing temperature over 3 levels
- Hot water temperature over 3 levels for your teas or infusions

In this accessory, you can put the syrup of your choice! This feature allows you to flavor your milk drink with endless possibilities:caramel, hazelnut, vanilla, cookie, speculoos etc. You can choose to flavor it mildly or more intensely. The mixing is done during the formation of the milk foam and the hot milk, for asmooth and homogeneous result.
This Jura J8 Midnight Silver bean-to-cup machine also offers all the essential recipes, both coffee and milk specialties: you will havea choice of 31 drinks... enough to vary the pleasures and satisfy the demands of the whole family!

This ensures you can achieve an extremely precise and controlled result. The real plus? A unique technology allows you toadjust the grinder setting even when it's stopped! Never seen before on an automatic machine. Before each drink, you can choose to follow theautomatic recommendation from the machine and change, at any time, to the position of your choice. Grinder adjustment has never been so simple and effective.
In addition, you will be able to enjoy the 8th generation Jura brewing unit. This brewing technology is effective and allows you to fully bring out the flavor notes and aromas of your coffee beans. The water flows over the coffee puck in a perfectly uniform way, so you can enjoy an explosion of flavor in the cup.
Impeccable hygiene for extraction quality
The Jura J8 coffee machine with built-in grinder features automated and effective cleaning programs. Rinsing the spouts when the machine turns on and off flushes the internal lines so as not to affect the taste of subsequent coffees. We recommend using the detergent tablets to clean the brew group thoroughly.
Cleaning the milk system is done simply with One Touch. This ensures you effectively and easily remove all milk residues and keep your machine in perfect condition. You can also replace the milk system if necessary (HP3) to guarantee its efficiency.

Expert opinion
Jura works wonders again with this J8 range. As someone who loves milk-based drinks, I really appreciate the ability to flavor with syrup using Sweet Foam. The result is nothing like drinks where I added syrup myself! The milk and foam are extracted and mixed with the syrup simultaneously, giving a result that is neither too strong nor too sweet.
And what about the Coffee Eye! This machine makes things easier by displaying only the drinks available based on the spout selected. Impossible to go wrong! Not to mention the fineness of the grind that can be changed at any time. I find that it really changes the experience, especially for a duo with different tastes for example.
Regarding the design and the cup result, we stick with the reliable Jura, always at the forefront of technology. I find the performance and design truly up to par, and what a pleasure it is to have such a beautiful machine on your countertop!
