TheAroma Professional grinder has 6 levels and grinds the bean to the ideal fineness, quickly and smoothly. The variable brewing unit holds between 5 and 10 g of coffee andprecisely adapts the pressureto the selected amount of coffee.
Theintelligent pre-brew system (I.P.B.A.S.) moistens the coffee before brewing. Thepulse extraction process (P.E.P.)ensures optimal extraction time and perfect extraction for short coffees, espresso and ristretto.

Jura expands its ENA range with this ScreenTouch version: it's a connected machine featuring an ultra-functional touchscreen. The app is effective and adds real value to programming. The ENA 8 is a very compact espresso grinder that doesn't forget Jura's new technologies: new quiet and efficient grinder (Aroma Professional grinder), new perfect and customizable coffee extraction process tailored to everyone's tastes, and new pre-infusion.
Milk drinks are much simpler to make because the ENA8 is a true OneTouch machine that is effective and very easy to use.
The pulse extraction process is a real plus and will give you a great result in the cup for espresso (and ristretto). The settings are very numerous, which is a great advance for compact machines. Maintenance and use are really simple, making this machine very pleasant to use every day!
