Dolce Vita expands its range with a vanilla-flavoured instant drink, designed to meet the expectations of establishments looking for a tasty and easy-to-use cappuccino alternative. This 380 g format is a relevant option for testing the product without tying up a large stock.
For optimal extraction, add 4 to 5 teaspoons (20 g) to 150 ml of hot water not boiling, or 6 to 7 teaspoons (27 g) for 200 ml. Mix until smooth and serve immediately.

Ingredients : Sugar, WHEY powder, instant coffee (3.5%), coconut fat, SKIMMED MILK powder, glucose syrup, salt, LACTOSE, natural flavouring, stabilisers: E339, E452, E340, natural coffee flavouring, MILK proteins, anti-caking agent E341, emulsifiers: E471, E472e.
Instant coffee as a flavour base for pastry creations
Beyond everyday use, instant coffee can become a functional ingredient to enhance your delicious preparations. The Dolce Vita range offers an ideal flavour palette for developing creative and quick-to-prepare desserts in the lab or workshop.
Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp Dolce Vita Vanilla Cappuccino
- 2 tbsp Dolce Vita Classic Cappuccino (or cocoa powder)
- 350 g fresh cheese such as Philadelphia®
- 1 egg yolk + 3 whole eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 175 g butter
- 150 g flour
Method :
- Prepare the two flavoured bases separately: dissolve the Vanilla Cappuccino in one bowl and the Classic Cappuccino (or chocolate) in a second bowl, each with two tablespoons of hot water, until smooth.
- Work the fresh cheese with the egg yolk, 40 g sugar and the Vanilla Cappuccino mixture to obtain a smooth cream.
- Chop the chocolate, melt it in a bain-marie with the butter and let cool. Beat the eggs, the remaining sugar and the Classic Cappuccino mixture, then incorporate the melted chocolate and flour until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into a lined 25 × 25 cm square springform tin, add the cheese cream on top and lightly marble. Bake at 180 °C (160 °C fan) for about 35 minutes. Cool on a rack, unmould and cut into twenty cappuccino brownie portions.
