The professional coffee grinder Q13 D is aimed at artisanal coffee shops and cafeterias that sell freshly ground coffee on demand. It has been specially designed to handle a daily coffee consumption of medium to high.
Indeed, you can grind up to 6 kilos of coffee per day. Its hopper can hold up to 1.2 kilos of coffee beans and its 75 mm flat burrs offer exceptional grinding speed with a maximum speed of 1,600 revolutions per minute.
Its performance is remarkable, this grinder is extremely precise. Thanks to its micrometric ring, you can finely adjust your grind, ensuring a particularly precise particle size curve.
In addition to its micro-adjustable grinding, a spring-loaded bar for securing your bags completes this grinder in order to pour vos sachets complète ce moulin dans le but de collect your coffee powder. An essential tool to ensure efficient and waste-free service.

How do I maintain my Q13 D grinder?
During each grinding process, coffee debris and oils will build up on the burrs and inside the grinder channel. They must be removed to ensure a long lifespan for your machine and, most importantly, to prevent your coffee from losing quality and having its aromas and flavors altered.
Indeed, a poorly maintained grinder can contaminate your coffee and give it a stale, rancid taste. To ensure flavorful coffee for your customers, we recommend weekly cleaning.
Daily maintenance
- Unscrew the hopper and clean it with a soft cloth to remove all coffee oil and dust deposits.
Weekly maintenance
For weekly cleaning, follow these steps:
- Empty the hopper of all coffee beans.
- Purge your grinder to remove the ground coffee stuck inside the machine.
- Run 30 g of grind through the grinder.
