These Napoli capsules are made from an Arabica / Robusta blend delivering in the cup a strong and intense espresso. The roasted notes give a lively attack accompanied by a hint of acidity.
Its dark Italian roasting provides body and roundness to this coffee of character .
These Nespresso* Original compatible capsules are perfect for a mid-morning energy break or to accompany your sweet afternoon break.
Compostable capsules
Caffé Vergnano has created capsules that are compostable. In Italy, the brand is a pioneer in this field!
These Nespresso* Original compatible capsules address the environmental challenges we currently face.
Caffé Vergnano now offers two ranges of Nespresso* Original compatible capsules (with the same flavors):
- A traditional range with capsules that are only biodegradable (but not compostable).
- A "green" range with capsules that are biodegradable and compostable.

Once used, what to do with your Vergnano biodegradable and compostable capsules ?
This capsule must be thrown away, without separating it from the coffee , with the organic waste that is sent to controlled industrial composting facilities and according to the instructions of your municipality of residence.
Warning: Do not throw your capsules into individual home composting systems.
The overwrap of the capsule should be disposed of with plastic and the box with paper :-).

Caffè Vergnano is a firm that can boast a long and prestigious history.
It was founded long ago, in 1882: the family patriarch, Domenico Vergnano, the grandfather of the current owners, started the business in the small medieval town of Chieri, at the foot of the Turin hills.
The true vocation of the Vergnano family soon became apparent: within a few years, the small shop mastered all the secrets of coffee roasting and coffee sales.
