Ranked as the 4th type of chocolate, Ruby chocolate offers a unique experience, delighting both chocolate lovers and those seeking new sensations.
Forget everything you think you know about chocolate and let yourself be surprised by multiple balanced red berry flavors. This chocolate is neither bitter, nor milky, nor sweet, but totally delicious!
The ingredient list is delicious: sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, red beet concentrate (3%), whey powder (milk), carrot concentrate (0.5%), acidifier (citric acid), natural vanilla flavor.
A hot or cold tasting experience
Whether you prefer hot chocolate under a blanket watching a movie, or iced chocolate to finish your meal with a frosty note, Van Houten Ruby chocolate is the drink you've been waiting for!
For a hot version: take your brand new BaristaDiscount mug, pour in about 35g of ground chocolate, then 200 ml of hot milk (70°C). Stir, and it's ready!
For a cold version: infuse one dose of ground chocolate in 50 ml of hot milk, emulsify using a blender, add cold milk and it will be ready to be transported in an insulated container!
How to store your chocolate powder?
So that your chocolate can be enjoyed for a long time, store it in a cool place (below 25°C - like a secret treat drawer) and dry. Keep it away from any odorous materials - and from all greedy hands at the risk of seeing it disappear quickly!
